From Business & Real Estate to Design-Build

After earning my Business degree from Cal State Fullerton, I began my career as a real estate broker. As I guided buyers and investors through real estate transactions across Los Angeles Counties, clients naturally began turning to me to lead their renovation plans, evaluate structural lot potential, and assist with layout design.

My passion for building grew, but so did my awareness of a massive flaw in the traditional construction process: a complete lack of transparency.

Why I Became a General Contractor

I made the deliberate decision to become a licensed General Contractor after seeing firsthand how homeowners are routinely taken advantage of by the industry.

I've watched homeowners fall into a vicious, exhausting cycle: escaping one bad contractor only to hire another who demands even more money to “fix” incomplete work. Worse, I saw unqualified or opportunistic contractors intentionally pull unnecessary permits, padding the project scope just to keep squeezing money out of desperate clients while the build dragged on indefinitely.

I built Brick by Brick Builders to break that cycle.

Having been in the shoes of a homeowner myself, I refuse to operate that way. You shouldn't be locked into endless contracts, forced to pay demanding fees for unfinished work, or left guessing what your project will actually look like.
